Salaries

• When: Salaries are transferred on the 7th of every month.
• Where: Salaries are transferred to your bank account on file with us. If you want to open a salary account, please let us know.
• We use Finsmart Solutions for processing our payrolls. You can access your payslips, tax computation worksheets, Form 16, etc on their secure portal. The platform can be accessed via https://truesparrow.ascentpayroll.com/

Benefits

Your CTC also includes the following benefits;

• Insurance

  • Self + up to 5 dependents are covered under True Sparrow’s Group Medical Policy which covers medical & hospitalization cover for up to Rs. 5.0 Lac (self + dependents).
  • You (self only) are also covered under the Group Personal Accident Policy ranging from Rs. 15.0 Lac to Rs. 35.0 Lac. The policy is renewed every October.
  • For the year 2023 - 24, we are partnered with Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd as our insurance service provider and are covered under Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd with the T.P.A services also being managed in-house by Bajaj Allianz.

• Internet & Mobile Data You are also entitled to reimbursement of up to Rs. 1,500 per month towards internet expenses and up to Rs. 450 per month towards the use of Mobile Data.

• Home Office Setup

  If you don’t already have an external monitor, keyboard, mouse, and/or a headphone and need these, please let us know and we will be happy to ship them to you. Alternatively, you can buy these yourself, and we will be happy to reimburse you upon receiving your reimbursement request form.

Reimbursements

Reimbursements towards Broadband & Mobile Data, travel for the in-person meet, etc are processed once every quarter. At the beginning of each subsequent quarter, a Google Form is sent out to the team seeking submission of bills/invoices for expenses incurred.
