What does it mean to be a remote-only company?

As a remote-only company, the entire team works remotely. We do not have a physical office space. This means you can work from wherever you want - be it home, be it the mountains, be it the beach… you choose to work from wherever you are most productive.

Why remote-only?

The last few years have proved to us without any doubt that we can operate well, be it on tactical or strategic levels in a remote environment.

Going remote-only permanently allows us to:

• Provide flexibility to our team
• Hire the best people regardless of where they are
• Future proof ourselves

<aside> 💡 Post-COVID when we started mapping out back-to-office strategy, we surveyed the team and a whooping 95% of the team members voted to work remotely. Since then we have decided to be a remote-only company.

What does this mean for you?

You choose what place works for you. You can work from anywhere. You won't be expected to meet in person for any meetings, except when the in-person week is scheduled for the whole team.

What do I need to take care of when working remotely?

Internet. You MUST have really good internet connectivity that allows you to work seamlessly + do smooth video calls.

A choppy internet connection is not an option. If you are planning to work remotely (from home or elsewhere - like traveling but planning to work remotely), even just for a few days, choppy/poor/intermittent internet connectivity will not work. Consider putting in a leave if your internet connectivity is hampering your work and/or communication.
