At True Sparrow, you are entitled to 21 days of leave per year including sick leaves. These leaves can be accumulated for up to a max of 42 days.
If you are taking a planned leave, please inform us at least a week in advance (the earlier the better) by submitting your leave request on Pause.
We understand that sometimes you may feel under the weather and need to take the day off / half day off to rest out and be ready for the next day.
If you are not well and are taking either a half day or a full day off, keep us posted on your unavailability on Slack in #wfh channel. You can later submit your leave on Pause.
