We design with the 'Why' in mind. We believe understanding a design's purpose is crucial to creating effective and impactful user experiences. By understanding the 'Why', we can create designs that not only look beautiful but also serve a purpose and meet business goals.

With our in-house product, Thursday, we went deep into understanding the problem we were trying to solve. Asking a lot of questions helped us to create Lounge, a place where the user can move freely, and break out from the rigid and confined space of Zoom.

To be able to get to the problem, it is critical for everyone in the team to get the context of the customers.. their pain, their challenges, their desires, and their aspirations.
